The world’s largest offshore wind farm, Dogger Bank Wind Farm, whose three phases (A, B, and C) are now under construction, is being considered for a fourth portion (Dogger Bank D) by SSE Renewables and Equinor. A grid link with a capacity of up to 1320MW will be available upon the completion of the planned project.
Enviros has been assigned to conduct geophysical surveys and collect data for the offshore wind farm’s array at the Dogger Bank D site. The surveys began in mid-August and are anticipated to last until the end of November.
Dogger Bank Wind Project, with 3.6 GW under development across three 1.2 GW sites, will increase to almost 5 GW should the project continue and be completed.
