ALPINE JOINS THE ENVIROS GROUP OF COMPANIES
Enviros is pleased to announce that on July 9th, 2025 Alpine Ocean Seismic Survey, Inc. (Alpine) and its Italian subsidiary, Marine Geophysical joined the Enviros family of companies. We are excited to have this respected company, with a history in the industry dating back to 1957, join the group and contribute to our future success.
The acquisition of Alpine provides Enviros additional global reach by adding a credible presence in the Americas, adding to its already established presence in APAC, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Enviros is now a truly global company, meeting their clients “where they are”. From an asset perspective, Enviros will benefit from Alpine’s significant geophysical, hydrographic, light geotechnical, and ROTV equipment inventory in the United States along with its vessel fleet in Europe and the United States. In addition to expanded geographic support, Alpine brings an extensive background in the cable and offshore wind sectors, along with a history of working in the oil and gas and civil engineering industries. Leveraging its track record supporting cable projects, Alpine will also be designated as an Enviros Centre of Excellence for Cable surveys.
